Perspective corner Happyland project in Long An
On 6-9, Construction Investment and Infrastructure Development Company Phu An (a subsidiary of Khang Thong Group) has announced the Entertainment compound zone  projects Khang Thong - Happyland Vietnam, in Ben Luc district, Long An province, from HCMC about 30 kilometers.
This project is the entertainment complex along the Vam Co Dong riverside, build scale of the first phase about 338 hectares and it will be expanded further in the second phase of the project.
Investors said the total of project investment nearly U.S. $ 2 billion, including investments for the amusement park is about 600 million U.S. dollars.  Besides the entertainment, the project was designed with items such as the exhibition center, commercial center with 160,000 square meter scale, hotel cluster from 3-5 stars, a film studio park and urban design houses, villas.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Su, Vice President of Khang Thông Group, said the company had prepared 8 years to prepare the land fund for the project; and out of their capital, investors will mobilize a variety of sources including have relationships with strategic partners to implement the project.
Expected Happyland project will be started the project on january 2011 and be completed in the second quarter in 2014.
